The Arizona Department of Real Estate requires all new licensees to take the six-hour Intro to Contract Writing Course prior to license activation. This course is not required for the school exam or state exam.

The goal of this course is to help the student gain a general idea of the essential parts of the AZ state purchase contract, Listing agreement as well as supplemental forms that are used in your everyday real estate business. The course is interactive and fun.  These credits will also count towards your required ADRE continuing education requirements for license renewal.
